How it works
Upload a photo — the face is detected and centered automatically, the background is swapped for a plain white, blue, or gray, and the result is cropped and resized to your chosen country's standard dimensions. Optionally lay out several copies on a printable sheet. Files are deleted from our servers automatically after one hour.
FAQ
- Will this photo definitely be accepted?
- This tool gets the size and background right, which covers most of what gets a photo rejected — but it doesn't check lighting, expression, glasses glare, or head-covering rules. Always compare against your destination country's official photo guide before submitting.
- What if my photo already has a plain background?
- Choose "Keep original" under Background to skip the automatic background swap and just crop/resize.
- What if no face is detected?
- The photo is still cropped to the correct size and aspect ratio, centered on the frame — you'll just want to double-check the framing yourself since it wasn't auto-centered on a face.
- Can I print several copies on one page?
- Yes — turn on "Lay out multiple copies on a print sheet" and pick 4×6in or A4; as many copies as fit are tiled with thin cut lines between them.
