FAQ

What is Bates numbering?: A sequential identifier stamped on every page of a legal or business document set — used for referencing an exact page during litigation, discovery, or records management.
Can I choose the number format?: Yes — set a prefix, a suffix, how many digits to pad the number to, and which number to start counting from.
Can I number more than one file with a continuous sequence?: Not yet — this numbers one file at a time, starting from whichever number you choose. Numbering a whole file set continuously is on our roadmap.
