Create PDF Form
Turn any PDF into a real fillable form with text, checkbox, and dropdown fields.
Drag & drop files here, or click to browse
PDF only · max 10MB · files auto-delete after 1 hour
How it works
Upload a PDF and every page renders as a preview you can draw directly on — click and drag to place a field, then set its type and name in the side panel. Fields are added as genuine AcroForm widgets, so the result opens as a real fillable form in any PDF viewer. The original and the result are deleted from our servers automatically after one hour.
FAQ
- Is the result a real fillable PDF form, or just a picture of one?
- It's a genuine AcroForm — the fields are real, interactive form widgets that work in Acrobat, Preview, browsers, and any other standard PDF viewer, not a flattened image.
- What field types can I add?
- Text fields, checkboxes, and dropdown (choice) fields, each with an optional "required" flag. Support for more field types is on the roadmap.
- Can I fill the form afterward on this site?
- Yes — once you've built it, run the result through the Fill PDF Form tool, which auto-detects every field you just added.
- How do I mark where a field goes?
- Click and drag directly on the page preview to draw a box — no coordinates to type in. Drag the box to move it, or pull a corner to resize.
