Extract Tables from PDF
Pull tables out of a PDF and download them as CSV files.
Drag & drop files here, or click to browse
PDF only · max 10MB · files auto-delete after 1 hour
How it works
Upload a PDF and we scan every page for tables using their grid lines and text layout. Each table found is saved as a CSV file — one table downloads directly, multiple tables come back as a zip. The original file and the result are deleted from our servers automatically after one hour.
FAQ
- What if my PDF has more than one table?
- Each table found is saved as its own CSV file, delivered together in a zip.
- Why didn't it detect my table?
- Detection relies on visible grid lines or clear column alignment — tables without ruling lines or with unusual layouts may not be picked up correctly.
- Can I get an Excel file instead of CSV?
- Not yet — CSV opens directly in Excel, Sheets, and Numbers, so it covers most needs for now.
