How it works
Upload a PDF, type text into any of the six header/footer zones (top or bottom, left/center/right), and choose a font size, colour, and page range. Files are deleted from our servers automatically after one hour.
FAQ
- How is this different from Add Page Numbers or Watermark?
- Add Page Numbers places a single number in one spot, and Watermark overlays a centred or tiled mark. This tool is for real header/footer text — up to six independent zones across the top and bottom of the page, each with its own content.
- What placeholders can I use?
- {page} and {pages} for the current page number and total page count, {date} for today's date, and {filename} for the original file's name.
- Can I stamp only some pages?
- Yes — enter a page range, or leave it empty to stamp every page.
