How it works

Files are merged in the order they appear in the list, so reorder before merging if you need a different sequence. Once merged, download the combined PDF immediately; both the originals and the result are deleted from our servers automatically after one hour, so nothing lingers.

- Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?
- You can merge as many files as you like within the free tier's per-file size limit. Pro removes the size cap and adds batch processing.
- Will the page order match my upload order?
- Yes — pages are combined in the exact order the files are listed before you click Merge.
- What happens to my files afterward?
- Both the files you upload and the merged result are automatically deleted after 1 hour.
- Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
- Not directly — unlock the file first with our Unlock PDF tool, then merge it.
